By using silverplay.in and placing an order with Silver Play, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
About Our Products
All Silver Play pieces are handcrafted in 925 sterling silver with natural gemstones. Because stones are formed by nature, slight variations in colour, pattern, surface texture, and size between the piece photographed and the one you receive are normal and expected — these are not defects. Each piece is one of a kind.
Orders & Payment
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances. Payment must be completed in full at checkout for your order to be confirmed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund where necessary — for example, if a pricing error occurs, if a piece sells out before your payment is processed, or if we are unable to verify your order details.
Pricing
All prices on silverplay.in are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
Dispatch & Delivery
We dispatch in-stock orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details including international delivery, customs responsibilities, and tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process, including how and when to raise a claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on silverplay.in — including product photographs, text, design, and branding — is the property of Silver Play and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Silver Play is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
