Shipping & Delivery
Every Silver Play order is handled with care and dispatched from India. Each piece is cushioned and boxed to protect it during transit, so it arrives exactly as it left us.
Processing Time
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days of your order being confirmed. As our jewellery is handcrafted, some made-to-order pieces may take 7–10 business days before dispatch — we will always keep you informed if this applies to your order.
Delivery Time
- Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to customs, postal congestion, or public holidays are outside our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. The rate shown at checkout is final — there are no hidden charges from us.
Customs & Import Duties (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility. Silver Play has no control over customs regulations and cannot predict or cover these costs. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
Payment
We are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please email info@silverplay.in with your order number.
Packaging
Each Silver Play piece is packed in a branded box with cushioning suited to the jewellery type. Delicate stone-set pieces receive additional protection. We aim to make every unboxing feel like receiving something special — the experience of opening your order matters to us.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at info@silverplay.in — we can correct it before dispatch but not after.
