Returns & Refunds
Each Silver Play piece is handcrafted in 925 sterling silver and set with a natural stone. Because every piece is made to treasure, we follow a strict returns policy.
No returns or exchanges — with one exception
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or minor natural variations in gemstones (every stone is natural, so slight differences in colour and pattern are normal and not defects).
When a return IS accepted
We will replace or refund an item only if it arrives:
- Damaged in transit, or
- Defective, or
- Different from the item you ordered.
How to raise a valid claim
Email info@silverplay.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a continuous unboxing video (this is required to validate damage/defect claims). Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Payment
We are prepaid only — no Cash on Delivery (COD).
