Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

All sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will only replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged, defective, or not matching what you ordered — reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video shared to care@silverplay.in. Earrings cannot be returned once worn, for hygiene reasons.
