Store pieces individually in airtight pouches away from moisture and sunlight. Wipe with a soft cloth after every wear. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chlorinated water. Regular polishing with a silver cloth keeps the shine intact.

All sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will only replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged, defective, or not matching what you ordered — reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video shared to care@silverplay.in. Earrings cannot be returned once worn, for hygiene reasons.
